Job Summary : The ideal person will be responsible for supporting all Nepal customers and staff with technical and product advice in relation to the full range of Garage Equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attending customer sites to carry out servicing on a wide range of electro mechanical equipment.
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and calibration
  • Liaising with customers
  • See tasks through to completion
  • Problem solve using own initiative
  • Call out Rota
  • Focus on quality of service & first time fix, feedback any requirements to improve products or services.
  • Build solid customer relationships to support increased customer satisfaction.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the product and provide actionable information to resolve the problem.
  • Assume remote control over customers computers when necessary to resolve problems
  • Escalate difficult cases to quality or product management.
  • Coordinate calibration of customer equipment.

- Installation of garage equipment, liaise with technical team and customers to ensure clarity of plans. - Ensure that all appropriate paperwork is received and stored against the customer account.

  • Co-ordinate visits to attend faulty equipment when all other options have been exhausted.
  • The ability to develop clear and logical step-by-step plans which set out what needs to happen, how, when and by whom.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technology and products, highlight training requirements to line manager.
  • Offer ideas for training that would benefit you and your peers equipping you with the skills and experience needed to achieve high levels of performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Garage Equipment is essential.

  • Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Marine Engineering or Electrical Engineering , ITI - Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic or any other stream
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Knowledge of inspection and breakdown repairs
  • Customer focused – excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer/IT skills
